Shipping

Domestic (United States)

We ship every weekday from our Las Vegas studio. Orders placed before 1 PM Pacific generally leave the same day. Orders placed after, or on weekends, ship the next business day.

Shipping is a flat $6.50 per order, shipped via USPS or UPS Ground. Delivery typically takes 3–6 business days within the continental United States.

International

We ship internationally on request. Email info@selfmotivation.shop with your address and the items you'd like; we'll quote shipping and tax/duty estimates within a business day. Most orders to Canada, the UK, and Western Europe arrive within 7–14 business days.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. You'll receive an email with the tracking number when the label is created — note that the carrier may take a day to update its first scan after pickup.

Lost or damaged

If a package is marked delivered but missing, or arrives damaged, write us at info@selfmotivation.shop within seven days of the delivery scan. We'll work with the carrier to resolve and either reship or refund.

Packaging

Apparel ships folded clean inside a kraft sleeve; jewelry comes wrapped in unbleached muslin. We don't use plastic mailers and we don't include printed marketing inserts.
