Returns

If something we made isn't right for you, send it back. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unworn, undamaged pieces in their original packaging. Customers cover return shipping; we cover the refund the moment the item is back at the studio.

How to return

Email info@selfmotivation.shop with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll respond with the studio return address and instructions within one business day. Once the item arrives back and passes a quick check, we'll issue a full refund of the item price to your original payment method, usually within five business days. Original outbound shipping ($6.50) is not refunded.

Final-sale items

Two categories are final sale because they're cut to order:

Damaged or defective

If an item arrives damaged or develops a defect, we'll repair, replace, or refund — your choice — at no cost to you. Just email us with a photo within seven days of receipt.

Exchanges

For size or color exchanges, return the original and place a new order. We don't run direct exchanges because our stock is small and the size you wanted may sell while a return is in transit.
